Sunshine Autism Care Society aims at providing education to children with Autism and also to enhance their functional ability to make them self dependent. Lack of awareness in parents and community prevents children with Autism from getting their rightful place in the society.
The school assesses the child to find its strength and weakness and works to improve their functional ability and self help skills. The school uses ABA therapy as methodology to teach children with Autism.
It also trains parents with their wards to help them understand their child and the methodology that is being followed to improve their child’s overall outlook. The school is also involved in awareness programmes for social recognition and acceptance of these children in the society.
