Daddy’s Home Charitable autism treatment in india trust started Daddy’s Home Special School to cater to the needs of special children and provide them a home away from home. The whole school is divided into 11 classes from pre-primary to Vocational and the ratio of teacher to student is 1:4 or 1:11 based on their intellectual level and learning ability in each class.
The school also encourages vocational training wherein the child is taught household activities like peeling, cleaning, washing boiling, etc. They are also trained for housekeeping, to use public transport, making purchase, etc so that they can become independent and secure employment.
The trust also provides residential facility to both young children and adults and respite care for short term and long term. To enhance the mental and physical ability and living skills of residents various programmes and therapeutic services are also provided.
